Our friendly community is comprised of 538 single-family homes in the heart of South Florida, having been established in 1968.

We’re proud to be situated “near the heart” of Tamarac, at the junction of Commercial Blvd. and Rock Island Rd., just moments from the Florida Turnpike and mere minutes from the Sawgrass Expressway and I-95.

Your Board of Directors and community committees are here to serve you, the members and residents of Section 6, and we hope you take the time to read through the various pages to be found on this website.
